On a more bootcampish note , Just as promised i’m gonna give you all the complete rundown on our bootcamps and how you can make them work for you!
It’s simple: Bootcamps have been around for years and helping people from all walks of life achieve their own individual goals, wether it be weight loss, toning or just to be able to get up those flight of steps at work without breaking into a sweat! Now, you might all be thinking – “i’m not fit enough to do bootcamp” – but, why do you need to be fit to do bootcamp? the idea is to GET FIT!! We’ve been doing some pretty out-there-style training for our bootcamps and people are loving it! If you want to get in on the action and start to get yourself into shape for summer or you just want to lose a little extra weight, keep reading below.

Our sessions are:
ALBERT PARK - next to carousel.
Tuesday + Thursday 6:15am – 7:00am Tuesday 6:00pm – 6:45pm
KEYSBOROUGH – rear football field of wachter reserve.
Monday + Thursday 6:30pm – 7:15pm Saturday 7:30pm - 8:15pm
