Hey everyone!

I just want to thank everyone for their awesome comments posted on our “you’ve just been bootcamped” thread — great stuff!  

I’m actually writing about something different today, and it’s something i want us all to get into and enjoy the topic: Massage. I had a massage yesterday after injuring my lower back doing an intense deadlift workout (crazy) I must admit it really hurt during, but when the masseuse explained to me that all of the knots that she was pressing on were toxins that had built up into one area because of stress and negative energy it did make me feel a bit better.

Massage is something that everyone should be having done, trust me it all helps.

Hey everyone,

Hope you had an awesome weekend! Thanks Delia for the comment on our last blog entry, it rocks! Hey!! If you haven’t seen the comment section of our last blog entry – head over there now! It’s a great way of reading up on a few of our testimonials and finding out that we go above and beyond to make sure we give all you guys + girls out there a killer workout!

On a more bootcampish note , Just as promised i’m gonna give you all the complete rundown on our bootcamps and how you can make them work for you!

It’s simple: Bootcamps have been around for years and helping people from all walks of life achieve their own individual goals, wether it be weight loss, toning or just to be able to get up those flight of steps at work without breaking into a sweat! Now, you might all be thinking – “i’m not fit enough to do bootcamp” – but, why do you need to be fit to do bootcamp? the idea is to GET FIT!! We’ve been doing some pretty out-there-style training for our bootcamps and people are loving it! If you want to get in on the action and start to get yourself into shape for summer or you just want to lose a little extra weight, keep reading below.

Our sessions are:

ALBERT PARK - next to carousel.

Tuesday + Thursday 6:15am – 7:00am               Tuesday 6:00pm – 6:45pm

KEYSBOROUGH – rear football field of wachter reserve.

Monday + Thursday 6:30pm – 7:15pm               Saturday 7:30pm - 8:15pm

We are giving you 6 sessions and every reason as to why you should join us, what’s your excuse? – post them in the comment section!
