About me:
My Expertise resides in Weight/Resistance Training and Shoulder Rehabilitation which i have been involved in for over 10 years now.
But first how i got to be doing what i do today…
During this time I have learned a lot about training correctly and incorrectly! I learned this the hard way…
In my early training days at just 19 I trained with a bunch of guys that I thought knew everything about weight training and how to lift correctly. Boy was i wrong! This led to me blowing out my shoulder joint and being forced to take a year off training! (Well that’s what the “specialists” told me to do).
This brings me to another point, there are soo many people out there that tell you the wrong advice! Not training and letting my shoulder lose its surrounding muscle actually made my situation much worse!
Now for the good news!
This led me to realise that sometimes you just gotto figure things out on your own! So i got started on shoulder rehabilitation courses and on top of this did my own extensive research into the shoulder!
Now I have successfully rehabilitated many peoples shoulders who were told they would need surgery(which can make things worse down the track) or were told there wasn’t much they could do about their pain.
So my goal in a nutshell is to give back to people that need the help, and in the process create healthy toned bodies!
